Brewing Directions:

For a Daily Ritual (Large Batch Infusion):

1. Use a large teapot or 64 ounce mason jar.
2. Bring water to a boil.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of herbs.
4. Cover and let steep for at least 30 minutes, or until cooled to room temperature.
5. Strain and enjoy throughout the day as a hydrating herbal infusion.

For a Single Cup:

1. Add 1 teaspoon of herbs per 8 ounces of hot water.
2. Cover and steep for 15 minutes.
3. Strain and enjoy warm.

Tip: Adjust steep time for a lighter or stronger infusion. May be enjoyed plain or lightly sweetened.
