For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to objects that hold stories. Pieces shaped by hands, time, and intention. The Curated Trail is built on that belief: that what we bring into our homes should reflect legacy, craftsmanship, and heart.
The Heart of It
In a world full of excess, I wanted to create something slower.
A place where every item has a reason for being here. Where every maker has a story worth telling. This isn’t about collecting more, it’s about choosing better. About surrounding ourselves with objects made to be used, kept, and woven into everyday life.
The Curated Trail is also a way to honor the people who shaped me. My mom and grandmas taught me that beauty lives in the everyday. In well-used kitchens, handmade gifts, and the quiet pride of creating something by hand. My dad and grandpa taught me the value of integrity, of doing things well, and of taking pride in work that lasts. Together, they shaped the way I see the world, and the way I choose what belongs in it.
Music and making were woven into daily life in our home. We learned through shared meals, long days in the garden, preserving what we grew, and living closely connected to the land. Those rhythms shaped me.
All of my grandparents and parents are gone now, but their presence still guides the way I live, gather, and choose what matters.
The Curated Trail is my way of carrying that forward.
